ACE Platform Cookie Policy
Effective Date: July 2026 · Version: 1.0.0
1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our website. We use them, together with similar technologies (such as local storage), to run the Service, understand how it is used, and — only with your consent — measure marketing effectiveness.
This Cookie Policy supplements our Privacy Policy and explains cookie categories, the specific vendors we use, and how you can manage your choices.
2. Cookie Categories
We group cookies into three categories, matching the choices presented in our consent banner:
| Category | Description | Consent Required |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Required for the website and app to function — authentication, security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie preference itself. | No — always active |
| Analytics | Help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it (page views, feature usage, error rates). | Yes |
| Marketing | Used to measure campaign effectiveness and manage marketing/CRM relationships. | Yes |
3. Cookies and Vendors We Use
The table below lists the specific vendors behind each cookie category, their purpose, and the typical retention period. Individual cookie names and durations can change as vendors update their services — see section 4 for how to view the always-current, auto-scanned list.
| Vendor | Purpose | Category | Typical Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited) | Measures site usage and traffic sources | Analytics | Up to 14 months |
| HubSpot (HubSpot Inc. / HubSpot Ireland Limited) | Marketing, CRM, and lead tracking | Marketing | Up to 13 months |
| PostHog (PostHog Inc., EU Cloud) | Product analytics — feature usage and in-app behavior | Analytics | Up to 12 months |
| CookieYes (CookieYes Ltd) | Stores and manages your cookie consent choices | Essential | Up to 12 months |
Google Analytics is integrated via Google Consent Mode v2: before you consent, it sends only anonymous, cookieless pings (no analytics cookies are set) — this is the privacy-preserving default required in the EEA, not a bypass of your choice.
4. Managing Your Consent
We use CookieYes as our consent management platform. When you first visit, the consent banner lets you accept or decline Analytics and Marketing cookies individually — Essential cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them.
You can change your choice at any time by reopening the cookie settings panel in the consent banner. Withdrawing consent takes effect immediately for future cookie storage; it does not delete data already processed under your prior consent.
You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. Note that blocking essential cookies may break sign-in and other core functionality.
Always-current list: CookieYes automatically scans our site and can generate a live, always-current cookie declaration inside the consent banner's "Cookie Settings" panel — useful if a vendor adds or renames a cookie between reviews of this page.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy as we add or remove vendors or as legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
